Where we deliver
We ship across India and to many countries abroad. Delivery is by trusted courier partners.
Processing time
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp first. After your order (and payment, for advance-payment orders) is confirmed, we usually dispatch within 1–3 working days. Some products are made in small batches and may take a little longer — we will tell you when we confirm.
Shipping charges
- India: free shipping on orders of ₹5,000 and above. For orders below ₹5,000, shipping is charged at the courier company’s rate for your PIN code and the weight of the parcel. We tell you the exact amount on WhatsApp before you pay.
- International: shipping is charged at the actual courier cost and confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country, if any, are paid by the buyer. Please check that the products can be imported in your country.
Delivery time
Within India, delivery usually takes 4–10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas and international orders can take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, road closures in hill areas, festivals or courier delays.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in India only, on serviceable PIN codes. The courier may charge a COD handling fee, which we confirm on WhatsApp. COD is not available for international orders.
Packing
Glass bottles and food products are packed carefully to travel safely. Please check the parcel in front of the courier if possible, and record a short unboxing video if anything looks damaged (see our Returns & Refunds policy).
Tracking
We share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.
