What we collect
- Order details you type at checkout: name, mobile number, email (optional), delivery address and order note.
- Enquiry details you send through our contact form: name, phone, email and your message.
- Your cart is kept only in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you return. We do not receive it until you send an order.
How we use it
We use your details only to confirm and deliver your order, arrange payment, answer your enquiry and keep legally required business records. We do not sell or rent your information.
At checkout your order is sent to us through WhatsApp, which is a service of a third party and has its own privacy policy. Please send only the details you are comfortable sharing.
Sharing
We share your name, address and phone number with our courier partner only so they can deliver your parcel. We may disclose information if required by law.
Payments
This website does not collect card or bank details and does not process online payments. You pay by UPI or bank transfer to our account, or cash on delivery. Never share your UPI PIN, card number or OTP with anyone, including us.
Cookies and third parties
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of the request.
Your choices
You can clear your cart by clearing your browser’s site data. To ask us to correct or delete your order or enquiry details, contact us below.
