Chamomile Herbal Tea (Stress Relieve)

Description

Chamomile flower or its powder is used for this tea. It is very beneficial in promotes sleep and treats insomnia, boost immunity, treats cold, reduces muscle spasm and period pain, soothes stomach ache, treats cuts, wound and skin conditions, reduce stress, lightens skin, reduce acne, anti-aging, treats sunburn, reduce under eye dark circle, gets rid of dandruff etc.

Himalayan Flora Chamomile Herbal Tea is caffeine free and a sustainable habit to develop, as compared to caffeine laden drinks that keep us alert and awake, but slowly wear down the fiber of our body, adversely affecting us in a number of serious ways.

How to use:

1. Pure fresh water in a clean saucepan
2. Boil the water while you rinse and clean chamomile in cold water
3. One teaspoon of flower/powder for every cup of water till to boil 1–2-minute leave for 2 minutes than filter and serve. Add honey or lemon as per taste
4. Use after 30 minutes from the dinner for stress & sleepless.
